I began full-time ministry in 1990 and became senior pastor of Eastside Baptist Church, Richmond, Kentucky. I have been involved with Next Level for the past five years providing leadership development and training for the SBC.
I graduated from Cumberland College, Williamsburg, Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1990, a Master of Divinity from Southern Seminary, Louisville, Kentucky in 1996 and a Doctorate of Ministry from Columbia International Seminary, Columbia, South Carolina in 2003. I am married to Rosemary. We have two children, Rachel (17) and Jacob (21).
