New Staff Member Announcement

August 8, 2010

Dear Eastside Family & Friends,

Today was absolutely AWESOME! I would like to thank everyone for coming out today for our Homecoming Activities. Your presence and contribution was greatly appreciated. I would like to extend a special thank you to Vivian Wallace and her team of volunteers who coordinated the entire event. Thank you, Vivian.

After an intense time of prayer, fasting, and several rounds of interviews, I am ready to present to the church family our newest staff team member – Dr. Greg Gillum.  Greg will be serving as Eastside’s Small Group & Spiritual Growth Pastor. Greg will be a non-paid, volunteer staff member. Greg is very much committed to Eastside’s Vision as it relates to small groups: Establishing a biblical small group within walking distance of every person in Madison County. Greg’s responsibilities will be to oversee everything associated with fulfilling this vision.

Greg Gillum’s Bio:

Dr. Gillum is the Chief Learning Officer of WealthBridge Connect, Inc. As CLO, his primary role is managing the universe of information that WealthBridge members use to drive their business to new heights. Prior to his role at WealthBridge Connect, Dr. Gillum formerly served as the Chief Executive Officer of the humanfusion group of companies. As the lead executive coach and trainer, he specialized in leadership development applications, business performance coaching, emotional intelligence, and guiding transformational change in individuals and organizations. Dr. Gillum is a frequent keynote speaker in the areas of human performance and potential. He spent six years on the faculty of the Medical College of Virginia, and eight years in marketing and senior management with GlaxoSmithKline. Would you join me in welcoming Greg and his family to Eastside.
Love and Prayers,
Pastor V
